We were tasked with designing a comprehensive brand guidebook for the "What’s On" brand.
The purpose of this guidebook is to provide clear and accessible brand information to both the internal team and external suppliers, ensuring consistency in all brand collateral produced across various platforms and by different users.

Challenge
The challenge was to create a brand guide that is both user-friendly and AAA-rated for accessibility, catering to a wide range of users.
The document needed to serve as a reference for producing on-brand marketing materials while ensuring the design didn’t overshadow the brands being showcased.
Additionally, it was essential to refine the colour palette to avoid any political associations, create a new logo and sub-logos for different regions, and develop clear guidelines for logo usage, icons, and image treatments.
Solution
We developed a brand guidebook that included all essential elements: a refined, accessible colour palette, logo designs with sub-lines for each region, and detailed guidelines for icon and logo usage.
To ensure the brand’s understated presence, we introduced a neutral style for the central brand and designed image treatments to distinguish each region visually.
The guidebook was structured to be easily understood by both internal users and external suppliers, enabling them to create marketing collateral that adheres to the brand's guidelines and maintains its visual integrity.
